What happens after I submit my Bank Verification details?

After you click submit, we’ll check your bank details. Once we finish checking, we’ll send you a message saying your account is approved! It might take us up to 72 hours to check everything, but we’ll try to do it as quickly as we can.

If we can’t approve your account for any reason, we’ll let you know why and ask you to make changes so we can check again.

Why has my KYC Verification not been approved?

We make sure that only verified investors and traders can use the CTSkola platform by having a strict verification process. Your KYC might not be approved for one or more of these common reasons:

  • Your information doesn’t match what you gave for the KYC documents. Make sure all your details are correct before you submit them.
  • You already gave the same information for another CTSkola account. You can’t have more than one CTSkola account.

Your bank account or UPI might not get verified for only two reasons.

  • The bank account number or IFSC code linked is wrong.
  • The name on CTSkola doesn’t match the name on the bank account, even though the bank details are correct.

Note: We will approve your KYC if the documents match our criteria. Please note that approval is subjective, and CTSkola reserves the right to reject without giving a reason.
